Ricewood Municipal Utility District (the "District") is a municipal utility district created in 1978 by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The District contains approximately 540 acres of land and is located in Harris County.

The District has constructed and operates water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and park facilities to serve its residents.
